As a former hospitality professional, I was truly impressed by Torrdarach House. The clean rooms, comfortable beds, well-kept interior, and quality breakfast were faultless. What set this place apart was the personal touch Susanne and Graeme added, from the homemade granola to their tailored suggestions on things to do. The lovely garden provided a fascinating wildlife spectacle during breakfast. I would definitely return for another visit.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our stay at this charming B&B was well worth the money. The room was cozy and clean, with a lovely view of the beautiful garden. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the town center but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to provide helpful suggestions for our daily activities. We truly felt like valued guests.
The breakfast experience could have been enhanced by offering a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic romantic escape! The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations for hiking routes and nearby restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed. We loved the attention to detail, such as the provision of a luggage rack and hand soap instead of a bar. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions.
Although the overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. We would have preferred bath sheets instead of towels, and it would have been nice to have a couple more tea bags on the hospitality tray.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. We were able to visit all the nearby tourist spots without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by stunning gardens and wildlife. It was a refreshing experience to wake up every morning to the sight of red squirrels and birds feeding right outside our window.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. the heating in the room was controlled centrally and we were unable to adjust the temperature to our liking.

The hosts at this B&B were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. the breakfast area had a stunning view of the gardens, where I was lucky enough to spot red squirrels and woodpeckers. the room I stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It made for a truly outstanding and memorable romantic escape.
That my ground floor room was next to a library where guests gathered in the evening, which made it a bit noisy for a couple of hours. this was a minor inconvenience and didn't impact my overall experience at the B&B.
